The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide to us for the sole purpose of assigning courthouse research assignments. We do not share your information with any outside parties.
Your information is first processed by an automated scoring process to determine if you meet our basic criteria and then ranked among competing contractors. Your information will only be viewed by those within our organization who have a reasonable need to see your information.
Your contact information such as email, phone and address are only used to contact you should we wish to further discuss contract work. You will not receive any communication from us except for that pertaining to the business of courthouse research nor will your contact information be provided to any outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website. This non-identify information is sent to our vendor for the sole purpose of helping us design a website that better meets the needs of our visitors.
Finally, we will never use your personal information in any way not disclosed here without your expressed consent.
Our Information Storage Policy
We store your personal information for a period of at least 90 days. This information is often stored for longer periods of time and is not limited to 90 days. The information is stored for the sole purpose of contacting you at a future date if your services are needed.
Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
Our Commitment To Under Age Privacy
Protecting the privacy of minors is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under the age of 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under the age of 18. Also please note that you must be 18 or older for us to assign contract work to you.
How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by submitting a written request for such information to questions@deedcollector.com. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
Why We Don't Provide An Address Or Phone Number
In no way would we attempt to mislead you as to our identity. In fact our identity has been verified by reputable companies and we have been conducting ethical business for over 14 years. We receive hundreds of applications each time we place an advertisement for courthouse research. We place many ads and this leads to a large volume of independent contractor’s that wish to do contract work for us. It is not practical for us to process the many phone calls and letters that we would receive if we were to list our address and phone number on this website. If you are selected for a contract assignment you will be given our physical address as well as multiple direct contact points within our organization.
